Our PTO is run by an elected Executive Board consisting of two co-chairs, a treasure and a secretary. Each position requires a two-year term commitment.

Co-Chairs/Chairperson
The PTO co-chairs oversee all PT0 business and functions. Supervise, facilitate and direct all activities of the organization. Work with other members of the board to determine budget requirements for the school year. Preside over Board meetings and General Membership meetings throughout the year. Work closely with all Committee members to keep PTO functions on task. This is not necessarily an easy position. It requires organization and the ability to multi-task. Most of the time, it is a rewarding position and a way you can really help the students and staff of our Douglas schools

Secretary
